Services

Three ways to work with us.

Start with a plan. Build only what you need. Keep it running.

Start

The Communittii Tech Roadmap

₹35,000 · 2 weeks

Before anyone writes a line of code, including us. We interview your team, program, field, admin, and audit every tool you use today.

  • A map of how work actually flows
  • Build / buy / skip recommendation with real costs
  • A costed 12-month tech plan
  • A board-ready document you can put in front of a CSR partner

The plan is yours to keep, execute it with us, with another vendor, or not at all. We'll tell you when you shouldn't build.

Build

Websites & platforms

Websites from ₹50,000 · 3-4 weeks

For donors, partners, and families. Fast on low-cost devices, editable by your own team.

  • No-code platforms & apps from ₹1,50,000 · 8-12 weeks, tracking, volunteer management, MIS dashboards, field-to-HQ sync, WhatsApp/SMS automation
  • Digitization scoped after your Roadmap, records, registers, and manual workflows moved to digital, with training
  • UX designed for first-time tech users, rigorous QA, and launch training for your staff

Built on no-code platforms, so builds cost a fraction of custom code and your team can maintain them after we leave.

Run

Support & maintenance

From ₹7,500/month

Fixes, small changes, backups, refresher training, and adoption check-ins at 30/60/90 days.

Because a platform nobody uses isn't a digital transformation, it's an expense.

Why no-code first?

The lightest tool the product allows, then built properly.

For most NGO budgets, no-code platforms are faster (weeks, not months), cheaper (a fraction of custom code), and maintainable by small teams after we leave. That's our default, proven on our own product: we shipped Athletesbnb, a community platform for traveling athletes, from idea to live MVP in under 90 days.

And we're not zealots about it: rlxed, our athlete wellness product, is custom code, because that product needed it. Same lean method, two tech choices. We pick the lightest tool your product allows, then build it properly.

Not sure which you need? That's what the Roadmap is for.
